Nice try.I did not prove your point - I dispproved it. C-Span used a cleaned up version of the video, but raw versions of the faked video were already out in the wild. The bad quality composite was broadcast, even by lefty media.

It really doesn't matter if the MSM cleaned up the video and distributed it elsewhere. We should trust our eyes - his hand (and sleeve) go in front of giant blurry microphones, which is impossible.
We don't have to check with C-SPAN before we decide if that looks fake.
We can just decide that we shouldn't see wallpaper through his head (or Bidens hand disappear over the lawn):
