Doesn’t seem like referring to the eclipse to me. But what do I know? I do think “SKY EVENT” refers to the eclipse from my previously posted “current working theory” about that and the SCARE[NECESSARY EVENT.] and related to the eclipse. I have those drops copied; here are links.
