At least six Salt Lake County women share a disturbing reality: prosecutors believe they were intentionally hit by a man in a white car while they were walking outside. KSL is aware of at least two other eerily similar hit-and-run incidents involving women and a suspect in a white car, but those remain under investigation. On March 25, Salt Lake County prosecutors filed several felony charges – including six counts of attempted murder – against 26-year-old Anh Duy Pham. The charges represent four hit-and-run incidents investigators have linked to Pham and involve a total of six victims.

Probably because none of these women were black. Just a guess.
It’s impossible to ignore what we see every single day in the news. If the victim is white, the odds are very good the criminal will have a name like:
La’Qeesha or De’Shante
Ahmed
Rivera-Gomez
Anh Duy Pham
Ban white assault cars.
That’s the only answer...

Watched a cop,show where a black woman reversed her car into traffic, got hit by a white man’s car, she got out screaming and cursing, gets back in her car, drives forward, then reverses into the car again- white man gets out, and the woman again jumps out screaming at the man-
He gets in between his car and hers, hoping to dissuade her from ramming his car again... she floors it and hits him and the car- luckily he was jumpin ou of he way and didnt get seriously hurT- she then jumps out again, screaming, etc jumps back in her car and speeds off
ALL CAUGHT ON CAMERA mind you. A bystander was videotaping in that direction when the incident happend, and she quickly started recording the incident.
Cops found the woman who hit the man, and decided not to arrest her, proclaiming “video doesn’t tell the whole story”!
His was in LA. The video CAUGHT THE WHOLE THING, and actually DID tell the whole story!
If you are a conservative white person, or even some other political affiliation white person, or jew, or Christian, or some race that He left hates, and who lives or works in a liberal hell hole like LA, you are not protected by the law- even if there is video proving that you are a vicim!
More likely a lack of direct evidence. Unless he confesses to his motivation there is nothing to hang the charge on. Most hate charges are based on verbal epithets made at the time of the underlying crime.
Would you waste prosecutorial resources and trial time on an ubsubstantiated charge? Unless they find a bunch os internet pist bragging to his incel buddies, they got nothing.
