A teen driver charged with killing a mom and three kids by racing through a red light at 112mph was involved in two other major crashes in suburban Seattle — with bodycam footage showing a cop telling him to “learn” his lesson after he admitted speeding during his first accident.
Chase Jones, 18, has been booked on charges of vehicular homicide, vehicular assault, and reckless driving for the crash on Tuesday last week that killed mom Andrea Hudson, 38, and three of the kids she was driving around: Boyd Buster Brown, 12, and sisters Matilda Wilcoxson, 13, and Eloise Wilcoxson, 12.
Two of Hudson’s own kids survived but remain in intensive care.
The teen was driving an Audi A4 — which he got just a month earlier — at 122mph in a 40mph zone when the mom and the three kids she was driving were “immediately killed” in the “incredibly violent collision,” according to court documents obtained by KOMO News.

Why do they call an 18 year old murderer a teen ?
This creep is an adult
I’m a city prosecutor. 90% of the driving without a license cases I see are illegal aliens. The other 10% are either kids using mom’s car or have a driving record as long as your arm, most of it for DWI.
Give him a fine and let him go. What’s a few deadly crashes anyway?
But will his insurance rates rise, or does he even have insurance?
“”The parents of this POS should likewise be prosecuted given the known risk he posed to public safety.””
Absolutely! No difference between them and the parents who bought their son a gun...It looks like the boy in this story had several incidents which should have been a warning to the parents and the courts....
Not just two other crashes.
Per the Daily Mail, he totaled both vehicles.
122mph in a 40mph zone is a whole different world than just speeding or being reckless, he is a killer.
Boy, that stern warning really worked, didn't it.
Driver charged for deadly Renton crash ran red light at 112 mph
I hope his parents get taken to the cleaners.
They beat the cops to the scene of his previous two crashes.
It’s the insurance company that will pay...unfortunately. Maybe a smart attorney will find a way to make sure the parents pay somehow...maybe after the limits of the policy pay? Go after more!!
Such a waste.
Not making fun of this but any bets before Joe steals this and adds it to his story of the “drunk driver” that killed his first wife. I can hear him now: He was drunk and doing 122mph, not kidding!
Seattle deserves what Seattle gets.
As do, Portland, San Fran, LA, Chicago, NYC and many more poorly run cities.

Many years ago when I was eighteen, I owned a brand new Camaro. I worked about thirty minutes from my home and traveled a two lane road. I was always running late and almost every morning I was speeding, weaving in and out of traffic.
One morning a sheriff came into the building asking my manager if he could talk to me. He said, “I have had multiple reports of you driving recklessly, I parked this morning waiting to give you a ticket, I could not catch you. You are a pretty young girl, and one morning I am going to respond to an accident and it will be you. I will help pull your dead mangled body out of the wreckage and zip up your body bag. Then I will have to call your parents and tell them you are gone. I can’t give you a ticket this morning, but I will be watching every morning and prosecute you to the fullest. Think twice before you kill youself and other innocent people”. I felt so bad, so guilty, so stupid, I never risked it again.
We had a similar case south of you some years ago. It wasn’t a teen, but a young adult. He got juiced up and decided to drive over a 100 MPH down a side street. He hit some young lady driving to work at the intersection of a main road. The impact killed her instantly. The curb and extensive evergreen bushes around the house in the impact zone prevented the house from being damaged or the occupants being injured. If my memory serves me correctly, he was sentenced to 12 years..
Two previous citations in seattle means two cops now in the bread line. The DA will decide the case after everyone involved - dirtbag and victims - have their voting records and social media histories investigated.
Years ago I worked for years in a hospital ER and I still have memories that I wish would go away. Among the most vivid are when our surgeon told parents that their son/daughter had died in a car accident/shooting/stabbing. As bad as it was to see parents told of their child’s death due to cancer the ones involving accidents/murder/suicide were worse.
With a cancer death, it may still be a shock, but not a surprise.
