If a gas station limits you or doesn’t let you fill up, you fill up in another “eco car” and take 4 or 5 5 gallon containers home in the back seat and fill your other car up at home.

Next up it would be illegal to dispense gas anywhere but in a gas tank of a vehicle (until they outlaw gas-powered vehicles).
