Where was the writer back in the 1980’s?
Way back during the governorship of Bill Clinton in Arkansas there was an investigation tht led right back to Clinton for the sales of prison blood to Canada and he was hip deep in it.

The tail ending of this was the more than questionable death of Vince Foster, Clinton’s attorney, who had the full information on this. Also, Foster’s partner, Jerry Parks, was murdered in Little Rock.
