DEI isn’t just about racism. It’s about tolerance of anyone (LGBTQ, women, midgets, dolts, idiots, weed smokers, pink-haired-nose-ringed-tattoed girls)...anyone who couldn’t cut the mustard and needs a safe space.

BTW, I used to ski with an intoxicated group, some of whom were dope-smokers and some of whom were drinkers...and we never ran over other people and, in fact, were always polite and friendly.
Ergo, I think something else is at work here...other than just dope and/or alcohol.
