The family of missing student Riley Strain says it has been shown unreleased surveillance video that captured him walking fast or “jogging” in the opposite direction of his hotel.
Chris Whiteid, Strain’s stepfather, and Chris Dingman, a friend acting as the family spokesman, revealed that Metro Nashville Police on Sunday showed them the last known video of the University of Missouri student from the night of his disappearance.
“We got to see him walking,” Whiteid told NewsNation in an interview that aired Thursday. “We got to see him kind of at a fast pace walk, almost a jog. And it just shortened the last known window of sightings anyways.”

It is weirder than you think. I cover the secret domestic surveillance operation in my tagline url. I have seen that operation all my life, my family was a target for some reason. The adults of that operation run their kids in the schools, and the kids grow up and go off to college, where the organization has satellite offices at every college, and utilizes the kids as informant/spies to continue to build out the files it maintains on every citizen.
They are operational, intervening in kids lives to alter their paths, according to the orders of command.
So I am always following and probing for any insight into that thing. One of the things I ran across was a guy who had a theory on this. He thinks the Smiley Faced Killers are actually domestic intel, culling kids who would be problematic at some point, ie getting into politics, and so on. But he said he didn’t think they killed them all, or even most. Many get lesser control operations.
He had a relative, surrounded by surveillance kids at school. They all decided to go to a concert, once there they kids got his relative drinking, introduced him to other kids he had never seen before, including some cute girls, and then they ghosted him. He needed a ride home, they offered, they gave him a drink along the way, and he woke up in his underwear in a ditch, apparently having been sexually assaulted all night, probably on video. The guy I ran into was sure the Smiley Face group was in fact that op, which would account for it being all over the country.
I am sure from what I have seen, domestic intel does that. It is set up basically exactly like the East German Stasi. And it focuses on controlling the human terrain by intervening early with the kids.

I am certain that Brian Shaffer would not have fit into that scenario. He was a medical student but came from a humble family. He wouldn’t have anything to do with intelligence.

No, that is not important. What has happened is the domestic surveillance, whatever it was initially set up for, is now the most powerful agency (of sorts) in the nation. It is what was behind Epstein, and there were indications with a couple of the girls Epstein trafficked that domestic intel spotted them and used its civilian informants to guide them into Epstein’s circle, whereas they would never have otherwise met him or Ghislaine.
Because it is so powerful, more so than FBI or CIA inside the country, (I guarantee it has a transcript of a private conversation you have had inside your home, in your specific file, placed there by someone who lives nearby who handles your file, (along with four or five hundred others). And the file goes back to when you were a kid.) it has been even more compromised and taken over than agencies like FBI or CIA, completely outside the sight of everyone.
It is now fully devoted to making sure nobody can challenge the people in power, and nobody who could expose things or become a problem can get near the upper echelons of society. And it starts when everyone are kids.
If your guy was ID’d in early life as being moral, empathetic, and high functioning, and his psych profile indicated he might have gone into politics, or started a multi-million business, they can flag him as a potential problem, and send in their civilian agents to either derail him, gather blackmail on him, or take him out.
It is basically the East German Stasi, built and operating entirely in the shadows in America. Nobody knows it is there, even as a listening post in their neighborhood is monitoring inside all the houses in the neighborhood. I saw it myself, and I think that guy could easily have been right, and it is killing high flying college males, and a bigger op, unheard of is drugging and assaulting them with an eye to blackmail.
Because I have a website on it, I get approached by a lot of people who ran into it, and from the people who contact me, it appears they have a similar program for females who they identify as a potential problem, but it involves sending in their males in college to befriend and then rape them violently, to try and get them off their life path, and limit their abilities and functioning.
It is a very bad operation, and it needs to be brought into the light of day and dealt with.
