My favorite fight movie is "Hard Times" with Charles Bronson and James Colburn. Here's the final fight scene:

    Is “Catfights” a category?
There have to be legendary weave pulls, 10 yard table tosses, or “crowning” your opponent using a porcelin dish kind of moments out there.

    Finnegan was good,
. .. but Kirk had a bout, throws, with young Charlie X, in Charlie X.

The scene in the first-season episode "Charlie X," where William Shatner (as "Capt. Kirk") demonstrates a few throws to Robert Walker (as "Charlie Evans") is about as tame as could be.
They are wearing gym outfits, and practicing rolls and throws on a gym mat. No blood is drawn, no whiskey bottles broken over cowboys' heads, no one is thrown through a saloon glass window. "Kirk" assiduously avoids actually hurting "Charlie" in any way.
To mention that scene in the context of "famous fight scenes" and "memorable quotes" is absurd!
Regards,

    Mentioned it because :
1. No actor subs. (As in Space Seed between Kirk and Kahn)
2. Esoteric and obscure.

Loki v Hulk... Not really much of a fight, but enjoyable nonetheless.
As seen here.
