Investigators have located a letter in which Willis in 2021 asked for the House Democrats to send her evidence that would further her prosecution of Trump.
The GOP report cited articles in news site such as the Atlanta Journal-Constitution and Politico in which sources reported the Democrat Jan. 6 committee had shared evidence with Willis.

Before I get too upset, is it illegal for Congress to issue such information? Or for a prosecutor to receive or use it? What statutes are involved?
Almost everything Willis’s indictment accuses Trump et al of doing isn’t actually criminal conduct, or isn’t the whole story (such as digital data theft is illegal, but not when the data custodian of it has been asked, for and has granted, permission.) I don’t want to play the same game as Miss Dumbass.
