Intermittent fasting has really helped me. I have lost weight, my cholesterol numbers improved so that I am no longer taking a statin, and my acid reflux problem has gone away completely. I eat during an 8 hour window and don’t feel hungry at other times. Intermittent fasting takes a little time to get used to but the results appear within a few weeks. Just don’t eat an entire chocolate cake during your non-fasting hours.

It is helping me and has helped me before.
I don’t eat anything after 5 pm and usually have breakfast about 7:00 am. The first noticeable result is a drop in my blood sugars from 140-160 to 95-120.

I am also doing 30 minutes on the treadmill and later in the day 15 minutes.

I keep my diet to about 70% fat and if I need to just skip a day or eating it’s no big deal, my labs results would be good for a man half my age

Eating all day long is unnatural except maybe in the sense of foraging berries or something while moving
