No more than any other group in conflict with another group. Unfortunately, it’s the nature of human beings. (”Conflict” is probably not the best word there.)
In the words of the Kingston Trio (from “The Merry Minuet”):
The whole world is festering with unhappy souls
The French hate the Germans, the Germans hate the Poles
Italians hate Yugoslavs, South Africans hate the Dutch
And I don’t like anybody very much

I agree wholeheartedly. If you remove much of the race baiting propaganda regarding Jews or other races to divide people with an "us vs them" mentality, I think history will show that most clashes were more tribal than racial. In modern American terms, think of clashing with people "from the wrong side of the tracks" more often than with people of a different skin color.
For example, much of WW2 was white vs white or Asian vs Asian. Obviously some outliers like U.S. vs Japan. But if you look at the total casualties of Asians killed it was usually by other Asians (Chinese killed by Japan) or whites in Europe usually killed by other whites. The same thing with centuries of many, many clashes in sub-saharan Africa (black on black), indigenous Americans on indigenous Americans, etc.
Tom Lehrer was more on point:
Oh, the Protestants hate the Catholics,
And the Catholics hate the Protestants,
And the Hindus hate the muslems,
And everybody hates the Jews.
