Just think of all of the “guests” in America who’d be deprived of the payback of voting for Biden this year if we used those Russian voting requirements. Paper Ballots! OMG, Dems run for your lives!

“You go to your local polling station, show your state ID (the internal passport) and vote by making marks with a pen on a paper ballot. There is usually a polling station in a walking distance from your home, if you are a not reindeer herder living in the tundra. There are various ways of getting ballots and polling boxes to the infirm or people like the aforementioned herders. Every polling station serves the people from particular houses/apartment complexes (people should register at their primary residences), so you need an absentee ballot to vote at a different polling station (in another city, for example). Most polling stations are located at local schools, with teachers working as polling personnel.”
