I am frightened by loud adults. I have seen first hand how quickly loud turns angry and I want nothing to do with it. I have seen how loud adults become violent and I want nothing to do with it. Black is 13 percent of the the population and I will send my child somewhere the student body is 13 percent black. Which is a true representation.

Good luck with finding that percentage anywhere within your
driving range.

Thirteen percent violent and disruptive students ruin the school for everyone else. Even one troublemaker will ruin the experience for many students if discipline is forbidden.

I went to my younger brothers High school graduation, the same school I attended 10 years earlier. One difference was the percentage of black students from when I attended which was around 25% to that present day 75 to 80 %. [ now it's 100%]. I never saw such a raucous crowd screaming, yelling , whistling, dancing , inappropriate applause, interrupting speakers. I finally had enough and left early. If I see a crowd of blacks nowadays I avoid them like the plague.
