Governments caused the Depression, it was planned to invent a system where we went totally to fiat currencies. FDR stole the gold at 50 cents on the dollar, and gave it to the Federal Reserve. Nixon stole the Silver, and we got Silver certificates worth 2 ounces of silver, that could buy a Big Mac.
The governments might have caused the last depression accidentally. But it so empowered them, and they had so much fun, that this time they’re doing it on purpose.
It was win/win. They got to compare conservatives both to Hitler AND to Herbert Hoover, and they got new friends in the Military Industrial Complex and the Intelligence Community. Yay! Let’s do it again. Was it good for you too?
