Those who promote various forms of "anarchy" never look at what actually happens when there is no government.

You do not get a paradise. The power vacuum is immediately filled by "tribes", "gangs", "militia" essentially, whatever group of armed men are cohesive enough to seize territory and hold it against rivals.

Eventually those may be conquered or coalesce around a strong leader to hold bigger territories, and from that, you can get nation-states.
