WTF is "personal growth"?
I like learning. So when asked I say, "I like learning new things." I've always associated "personal growth" with touchy-feely psychobabble....the kind of thing a lot of women go for.
Or having motivational crap all over the place.

Personal growth for many men is simply learning new skills and becoming more proficient in their work, earning more, managing it better. A lot of the people-skills growth flows as a consequence.
I told my son the other day while riding back from attempting to repair one of our stranded vehicles, “This is a man’s life: Working, or fixing things that don’t.”
