True, but California will take it all and kill fish with it..................
Under most circumstances, I’d agree. But rains in the last two years have made California water-rich. The snow pack in the sierra’s are all over 100%. All the many reservoirs in California are full. They are even recharging the famously depleted ground aquifers in the central valley There’s now a big lake in Death Valley.
It’s the dams along the Colorado River that are still only half full. The winter has not dropped as much snow in the Rockies.
