The DEI bureaucrats are not capable of “gainful work”. They are professional agitators and that is all they know. It would be best to send them to a country that is our enemy.

If I were to go to an interview, the first thing I’d ask is if this was a DEI company. If yes, I’d end the interview. As a white man, how could I excel there? There would be no reward for good work.

The left is motivated and relentless. I view this with real cynicism. DEI won’t go away, it will be reborn in another form.

I don’t understand why they are passing new laws?

How about if they just enforce the current laws against discrimination?

Corporations feel the marketing need to go along with the days political correct ideas and idiocy. Once one has a DEi office, they all do.

Same thing for unwinding these woke worthless offices, once the momentum shifts they all get rid of them.

Other than the example of U of Florida, everything else seems to be hearsay and assertions by anonymous confidantes of Rufo. Let’s not be so gullible, let us ask for real proof DEI is being divested.

Re: "Giving DEI the Pink Slip"

A couple months ago, my Alma Mater proudly announced that our DEI Deans Office would be expanded to three full time employees.

And, our very limited graduate school program will now offer a Masters Degree in DEI Studies!

Our total enrollment is around 2,300.

Our last two University Presidents have spent a combined 30 years on their knees, begging the world to forgive us for supporting the Confederacy in the 1860s.

My generation - from Classes in the 1960s and 1970s - has almost universally turned its back on the College.

I was hoping that our financial neglect would compel the College to return to its former Centrist politics.

Has not happened - financially, they seem to be prospering with funds from all sorts of Hard Left philanthropy.

DEI was only an assault on employees Oh and helping themselves to as much money as they could carry

Hope they go quickly in the medical establishment. Does anyone need a DEI surgeon operating on him? A DEI lab tech checking for cancer cells?

Rolling back won’t cut it. I want a “day of cleansing”. Entire HR dept is thrown out of the window. Reboot.
