It’s a shame CA doesn’t have dams to control flooding and reservoirs to retain the extra fresh water for periods of drought... oh, wait, they’ve been tearing down dams and refusing to build more reservoirs, my bad.
AND-—the tear down of those Klamath River dams are roiling up the silt & KILLING THE SALMON THEY CLAIM THEY ARE SAVING.
