My client observed you employing this trademarked slogan on a website called 'FreeRepublic.com" on 3/3/2024. We hereby demand that you immediately cease and desist from posting the phrase "I'd hit it." Failure to comply with this demand will result in further legal action, including but not limited to civil action and monetary damages.
