Judge McAfee seems not to want to hear too much about the evidence in closing arguments.
I don't think that's it.
McAfee is asking about the scope and relevance of the evidence. He's asking if it crosses the threshold for disqualification.
McAfee asked Sadow why the remedy was not to simply bring it to the bar for punishment? "Do I have to disqualify all the affidavits that the District Attorney signed because she's no longer credible?"
Sadow said "This is more than just signing an affidavit. Willis got on the stand and testified under oath to tell the truth... Prosecutors must be held to a higher standard because they are charged with seeking justice."
