Putin did what American conservatives can only DREAM of -- implement a 13% flat tax rate. Even if the taxes are raised in Russia for the rich, the tax rates for the rich will still be far less than they are here.

Only dishonest imbecile would attack Putin for this without praising him for pushing through a 13% flat tax rate in the first place.

Read the article. “Putin” said increase taxes on the “rich” and lower taxes on the “poor”. That’s not a flat tax. It’s the Squad Tax.
