I guess I should clarify:
then post the list of daily press conference did on Florida and Florida legislation and activities desantis did, while he was running for president, after desantis announced he was running for president and before he announced he wasn’t..
since he appears to still be campaigning
“Hard to make a case he is the cause of anything since he’s been out of FL for a year.”
Source? Or is that your opinion?
Why don’t YOU post the daily list of announcements of legislation and actions did for FLORIDA, that desantis did while doing his 99 iowa caucus grassley?
In post 6 (thread: “DeSantis sends more troops to Texas border) someone said exactly that: ““America's governor”, I like that. Do you mind if I use it?”
There are other instances: I hear it all the time when I go into town to get supplies or diesel.
I sense the real motive is to keep Republicans divided and fighting amongst ourselves.
I wonder who would benefit from that in November?
Travel records. Oh, wait, he prohibited those from being examined.
Another great look for a governor of the people.
That was some time ago. You’ll notice I haven’t called him that since about March of 2023.
My giblets are just fine thank you.
We can each have our own opinion without trying to disparage the other freeper. Have a pleasant day.
I’m just pointing that this is part of every governors routine - giving speeches, turning up at state events, go to the state fair, etc. It’s just part of the job description of every governor.
If you google “governor press conference”, you’ll see this is just a fact. It goes on every day across the country.
You’re right. My bad, sorry.
While he never saw a camera that he didn’t like, he stands in front of it and correctly points out what he is doing to crush liberals and RINOs. And... When the MSM press asks gotcha questions he crushes them as well.
Ron DeSantis has his good points as you note. I’m just unsure what % of his actions are motivated by a desire to serve and what % relate to personal ambition.
I don’t care. The same could be asked about any politician. If you don’t win, you can’t govern. I’ll take lots of DeSantis and Trump clones over gentlemanly Republicans every day.
Then post links to the daily florida press conferences and legislative actions desantis did after he had announced he was running for president....
You can’t,
because he decided to abandon Florida to run for president.
gaslighter...
“Just try to get reasonable insurance in Florida. The laws are so bad here that anyone can sue for anything and the insurance companies are powerless to fight back.”
I understand you to say people in Florida can’t get reasonable insurance because insurance companies charge too much money; then you claim insurance companies don’t have enough power.
I’m not following your thinking.
That is an interesting comment.
Set aside for a moment that Florida legislators are the law givers, not the governor.
Your complaint is that Governor DeSantis has harmed the insurance companies (made them powerless) and that is why insurance rates for homeowners in Florida are too high.
Do all the Florida men in your neighborhood think this way?
Your state’s elections are still not secured.
And Florida’s budget is not safe from Deep State.
Well, they can in Florida but let's set that aside for a moment.
I guess right about now you would like to talk about anything other than your previous argument that somehow Governor DeSantis had made the insurance companies “powerless” and as a result homeowners were paying insurance rates that are too high.
I love it when the Florida Man does standup with edge.
It’s called leadership, that is something that a good governor has. Obviously you missed that in my previous post. After reading some of your posting history I can see why, you’re an idiot.
