Deja vu all over again. In the 19th century most Americans were white rural Christians and they were a big threat to the Democracy. In fact, under the aegis of the Union army, they defeated it in the War of 1861-1865.

I lived outside the ring counties around Philly and moved to Northwest PA, outside Erie. Erie is the fourth larges city in PA. Few of our neighbors have cable TV. Plenty of dirt roads. I can go about 2 miles in any direction and lose cell service. Our township has no police....coverage is by the state police.
Every year the rural areas get a little poorer, the number of kids in schools a little smaller and the grocery stores are closing.
They look around at how other folks live and wonder out loud how we can afford Ukraine and illegals and EV’s and solar power and all the other stuff Washington seems to be pissing money away on.
Soon she will be calling for the roundup, imprisoning in concentration camps, and mass extermination of those alleged threats to the country.
These people just cannot co-exist. Without rural people, cities would have no food, no fuel, no metals, no energy...NOTHING. They can sit hungry and cold in their dark cubicles wondering why their Wizards of Finance screens are all dark.
Why is the Hate-God, Hate-America, Baby-murdering, Hate ALL WHITES, black is good, soft-on-crime, pervert-loving, pedophile-loving crowd living in densely packed cities so holier than thou? Why do they think they are so righteous? Who the heck anointed them as arbiters of what is good? They are the most unabashed, purely evil people in the entire country.
Rural folk love their neighbors, love America, love their communities, look after their families, honor the sanctity of life, want to be left alone, want to be able to defend themselves, praise and worship God, want perversion crushed, and want GOVERNMENT OUT OF THEIR LIVES.
