I think Nikki is planning on a Third-Party campaign.
Planning a third party campaign is one thing.
Executing it is a whole different ball game.
This has been discussed ad nauseum.
Sore loser laws in many states do not allow losers of primaries to “try again” in another primary. It is a hotly debated legal issue—which would have to be fought in the courts one state at a time. Many legal experts believe that the candidates will prevail in most states in a presidential election but it will be a time consuming and difficult process at best.
Petition signatures vary by state both in quantity and timing. In big states these are often very difficult to obtain in time to get on the ballot.
In addition the Democrat Party has gotten very litigious with the RFK Jr. attempts to get on state ballots as a third party. They have raised a variety of legal issues and turned the entire field into a litigation land mine.
