Whose truth?
Current AI is trained on social media. It is essentially, to borrow a Marxist term, a social construct. It reflects the thinking of a postmodern generation that has unmoored its beliefs from reality. For AI to be useful it needs to be programmed to use the scientific method to train itself and to do that it needs direct access to the physical world to make its own observations and run its own experiments. Until it has that capability, it will simply regurgitate the collective propaganda and psychosis of social media.
