You would think that the supreme court would put a stop to this unconstitutional marxist movement. But, no.

Until Trump can bring a case before them... What can they do?

.......the Trump case is meritless, because there was no crime committed and no damaged entity; banks who loaned Trump money did it happily on their own and were paid back. They assessed Trump’s net worth independently, which is normal...... done everyday in the NY State real estate market.........

To keep her campaign promise to “get Trump,” DA Letitia James turned Consumer Protection law upside down. The law is intended to protect consumers w/ no way to help themselves from predatory lenders, so they turn for help to l/e.

In this topsy turvy case, Trump is labeled the predator, accused of “preying on lenders”....
very sophisticated lenders who are fully capable of protecting themselves.

Lenders who had no gripes, no losses, who hadn’t asked the attorney general for help.

Appeals Judges should look carefully at what the powers of a NY attorney general are here.

<><>Are they so broad that James can arbitrarily invert the law to keep a campaign promise to “get Trump?”

<><>Is she empowered to look at a financial statement, then decide what is a “lie” (that nobody believes).

<><>Is she empowered to put someone out of business when no fraud occurred?

<><>Can a DA confiscate property for no reason whatsoever?

They sure seem to be dragging their feet on the Colorado ballot decision. Undoubtedly trying to make it as narrow as they can, instead of making it more of the correct more broad decision.
