They are pricing themselves right out of business.
People will only pay so much for low quality food and low quality service.
“Only at Chili’s can you enjoy an ice-cold beverage, appetizer, and full-size entree for $10.99.”
Sit in a heated/air conditioned clean restaurant. Be served at your table/booth by a real person. Enjoy the atmosphere/ambiance and enjoy (available at extra cost) a cold beer or other adult beverage.

“Olive Garden offers unlimited breadsticks, salad, and soup on both lunch and dinner menus, but at different price points.01 At lunch, the meal costs about $7.99, while for dinner, it’s about $9.99 (depending on location). During the early dinner hours, the combo runs about $8.99. The breadsticks are pre-made, re-heated in an oven for three minutes, and coated in melted butter and garlic salt, but they still have legions of fans.1 The never-ending first course of soup or salad and breadsticks is available in-restaurant only with the purchase of an adult entrée.2 The menu option is offered at different price points depending on what time of the day customers order them: $7.99 for it at lunch and $9.99 during dinner time”
AND you can take home an extra entree (entree only) for 6 BUCKS!
Did you catch that? NEVER ENDING soup or salad. I get the soup, wife gets the salad. I can get another bowl of soup, even try a different kind of soup AND share the wife’s salad. Additionally, never ending breadsticks.
Why spend $30 at KFC?
Chicken, the LEAST expensive meat? NOT at KFC!
