Constellation Brands has exclusive distribution of Corona in the US. Every where else in the world Corona is a product owned and distributed by Belgian firm InBev, which was formed by taking over Anheuser Busch beer, BudLight one of their many brands. So the loss of BudLite is little or nothing (except to that brands workers/mngmt).

InBev is Anheuser-Busch InBev SA/NV, commonly known as AB InBev.

A photo of some of the brand relationships in this huge world globalist conglomerate- which Anheuser-Busch is no longer a US American brand in any sense.
