No use crying over spilled milk. Literally it is costly. The worst was when a worker was unloading a small tanker of cream (and their is lots of $ in the cream), and used a piece of hose to keep a horizontal diverter valve in the correct position to unload while he went upstairs for coffee, only to come back later to discover the hose slipped off and the diverter valve sent the cream went down the drain. Along with the profits.
