Pit Bulls = Killers.
Sorry, pit bull owners, but it’s the truth. They’re unpredictable and can turn unexpectedly and kill. Many, many tragic examples, too many to count. Yes, some can be lovely but the breed itself harbors danger in its genetics.

Yep. Sure, the attitude of the owner plays a part. But at root, it’s a DNA thing. You can no more blame the dog than you can blame an anthrax bacterium. Nevertheless, neither belongs among humans.
If I lived near a guy who owned a pit bull, I’d spend zero time figuring out how to befriend the dog. Instead I’d be thinking about the minimum caliber needed if I were attacked.
Sadly, they won't believe it until tragedy strikes them personally. I saw it when a family member's pit went after my daughter, a toddler at the time. Thank God I was there. The "Pittie" was most certainly a sweet, loving, well tempered dog. Until suddenly he wasn't. Family members present couldn't believe it. Something is just wrong with the breed.
Individual Pits are dangerous because they will randomly attack, like a switch is flipped. A pack of 13 in the same yard is just idiotic. Someone was bound to be killed eventually. At least in this case it was the owner.
Any working dog can kill humans. Just like guns the problem is the owner. I’ve never seen a Pit Bull that was properly handled, trained and supervised attack a person that wasn’t a threat. Pit Bulls need lots of attention. The kind of attention few people are willing to give, which makes life with the dog kind of a crap shoot.
I’m not sure who I like less, the Pit Bulls or the psychos at the ASPCA, but I am sure the dogs will be put down.
Too bad the same can’t be said for the Mexican gangs in Compton.
Just like mastiffs, Rottweilers and Dobermans.
