Never been to an Aldis. Maine has Hanniford which is great! But I see that there’s one in CT about twenty miles from here and I’m going that direction this morning anyway so I’ll check it out.

Dont forget a quarter! Oh, if you don’t have bags, you can feel free to snag a nearly empty cardboard box off the shelves to put your stuff in so you don’t have to buy them. That is perfectly acceptable Aldi etiquette. Not sure how it is elsewhere, but cashier will likely scan your stuff into a different cart (don’t worry, it has a quarter in it) that you then move forward to a long “bagging table” where you reorganize and pack your bags or newly treasured boxes.
