The prosecutor leading the sweeping Georgia election interference case against former President Trump and his allies must herself take the witness stand to defend her relationship with another prosecutor on the case as a judge decides whether to bar them from staying on it.
Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis (D) said she would testify Thursday in a disqualification hearing after defense attorneys sounded the alarm over her personal relationship with special prosecutor Nathan Wade.
“I’m ready to go,” she told the court.
Defense attorneys say Willis must clear the air on the timeline of their relationship, while district attorney’s office prosecutors claim Wade’s own testimony is “not inconsistent; it’s unrebutted.”
The defendants, led by 2020 Trump campaign operative Michael Roman, contend Willis hired Wade after he was already her romantic partner and has since financially benefited from his employment. Their personal partnership renders the indictment against Trump and a slew of others “fatally defective,” Roman argued in a court filing last month.

Yeah, but what judge would let her just spew like that? A corrupt judge that’s who. The fix is in folks nothing to see here. I thought for sure we would get a decent law abiding judge, but it seems that he’s making it clear that he’s willing to take all of this for the sake of continuing the Georgia hoax! My God aren’t there any decent judges out there anymore or am I reading too much into this judge? I am so skeptical of judges now …the only one that I see has a heart for the law so far is judge Canon from FL. She sounds like a fair and honest black robe . The rest seems so corrupt and evil.

When she becomes uncomfortable, she physically pulls back and touches her face. One can also hear a slight quiver of fear or nervousness in her voice during those moments. I hope the council has picked up on that. Also, apparently Fani missed the day in law 101 where they talk about offering testimony above and beyond the question. Hell, I know that much just from watching THE PAPER CHASE.

I think the most damaging part in her testimony was not the affair, but that she took money from her campaign to pay off her lover. If that’s not a criminal case, I don’t know what is! RICO!
