US has some of the highest food costs in the world. (Not the highest) but insanely higher than most western nations

Australia used to have cheaper food that we do, even in Sydney where I visited. Not sure if it’s still that way.

The other place I went often was Hungary and food was about 60% of what it is here. The catch is that the average Hungarian is paid much, much less than a person in Western Europe or the United States.

You are correct, however let’s compare standards of living and incomes.
The USA GDP is highest ranked in the world at $26.9 trillion as of 2023 vs Russia’s 11th place $2.1 trillion.

I also read that cost of living is 148% higher in America.

On a happiness index America is number 18, Russia is number 59.

I can go in any grocery store in Mexico and load up for $10. Is Mexico a better country to live?

That depends but if Tucker thinks he should be mad and that American groceries “should” cost 75% less like in some poorer counties, he’s nuts.

He can’t even figure out that he’d need to get a comparable job in Russia (which is impossible) and live there, rather than just walk in with his USA money and start complaining.

No.
Food is more affordable and abundant here than almost anywhere in the world .
Tucker thinks a crap hole place like Russia is told model, the guy is smoking crack.

And why is that?

In my opinion and experience all this outrage against Carlson is unjustified. The US isn't that great anymore. We have lost our edge. We are watered down by waste, fraud, malfeasance, slothfulness, social dependents and worthless illegal aliens. We have become a sloppy, soul less, decayed nation without civic or personal pride. Equality and socialism has pulled us down to the lowest common denominator just as Reagan said it would.

America, when we realize she is dead nobody will be alive to morn her loss.

Just wait for the lettuce pickers in Kalifornia to get $50/hr.

Try Denmark. I limit myself to soup and bread. That’s the best I can afford when I am there.
