What is the snag?
There’s no snag. It’s the media trying to jump up apprehension. One of the founders demanded more shares but they put that to bed. He along with all the others will vote and we only need 50% to approve the merger whereas we needed 65% to approve the extension in the past

DWAC said the Securities and Exchange Commission declared its registration effective and that it plans to set a date within two business days for a shareholders’ vote on its merger transaction with Trump Media & Technology Group.
