China manufactures the precursors, imports them to Mexico through a port 90% owned by China, and 2,000 Chinese in one small town complete the synthesis of Fentanyl out of the precursors.
China also provides the cartels with the complex machinery that changes the Fentanyl into counterfeits of other (prescription) drugs.
