Curious about possible damage from DEWs. Being pretty familiar, as a user, of high energy industrial lasers, I’m not buying that painting something blue will protect it from a beam. Some of the high grade plate I use actually comes with a blue vinyl protective skin on it. The laser doesn’t care-—just burns right thru it, and the inch thick steel under it.
But I would certainly consider that a blue roof might mark it so that the DEW operator doesn’t target it-—and waste a shot on a friendly.
