A former 6.5 ounce can of tuna is now a can with 4 ounces of tuna. And everyone noticed when rolls of toilet paper got shorter and a half gallon of orange juice is now a 54 ounce jug - but those two things happened long before Biden was president. Oops. Just looked. the 54 ounce jug is now down to 52 ounces. So Biden does get the credit for that.

I'm a calorie counter and I noticed something interesting when the shrinkflation started: the calorie and nutritional data doesn't change even though the amount of food in the package has. So that four ounces of tuna will still show the same 120 calories, say, as the original six ounce can.

My wife, jokingly, said it's a plan to keep us underfed and just malnourished enough to be controllable, though irritable. Not saying I agree with her, but it sure seems like it could be a thing.
