Yes, same with me and also my dad. But then we were told to avoid TOO MUCH potassium. It is harder for the kidneys to filter. In moderation it’s not an issue but too much can spike in the blood and cause irregular heartbeats and other CV related issues.
For most people it’s not an issue - just get it from a regular good diet. Adding extra supplements, well, it may be good to lower blood pressure for some but for others it may exacerbate existing problems.
That’s a story that begs for a sequel.
