I recall when they gave illegal aliens drivers licenses in CA. I unfortunately have the bad luck of having to go to the DMV during that period in LA County and it looked like I’d walked into a bull fight in Mexico City or a giant Mexican wedding...It was just unreal.
I knew right then and there is was long past time to get out!

LOL...all of our Santa Clara County and city parks began looking like that in the mid 80s.
The Los Gatos DMV office looks just like that.
