Been to both, ( worked there for three years)….you will find spotless streets ( no human feces everywhere), the people accommodating ( not like the homeless and addicts littering our cities streets), little crime, gorgeous full Churches, full Museums and Theatres,….many bilingual ( especially the children in schools) speakers, ….the produce, grocery and markets selection is like none I have seen…do be aware pork is preferred over beef…
