In Memphis they show skycam video of the shootings, robberies, assaults, etc...., and ask for the publics help in identifying the person, but they blurr out all faces and tags. So they really don’t want to know.
This happened in a big city near where I live: About five years ago, a thug jumped out of an alleyway and attacked a guy on a bicycle. Bicycle guy was badly beaten, then robbed.
There were no cameras, but plenty of witnesses. The local news reported the thug’s approximate height, weight, and age. Also reported was the clothing he wore. They even described his glasses! Only one thing was missing. 🤔
