As far as I know, the CBS Berlin Correspondent, William L. Shirer, did not interview Hitler.
I don’t believe he did. But in “The Rise and Fall of the Third Reich” he included comments from a US army officer who interviewed Hitler sometime around 1928. Apparently that officer was still alive in 1960 when the book was written.
