Oftentimes I’m adding onions, peppers, diced tomatoes, garlic and herbs to my spaghetti sauce. Pizza sauce I add tomato paste to it and a little garlic powder and a little dried herbs but don’t cook it. Not a ton of difference regarding the flavor but no watery sauce on the pizza like was mentioned.
