Trump only owns TMTG, not DWAC. When the merger happens, he is majority owner. That’s why they got rid of the PIPE investors as they would have had the ability with the shares they got to own more than DJT. Not good.

Per Yahoo, the market cap of DWAC is $1.738 billion.
So if Trump owns 90%, that about $1.5642 billion.
At $46/sh, that’s appx 34,000,000 shares.
