If the boys are smart they will put them one at at time and not flush them all at once. Tampons do in the pipes what they do inside a woman, expand to moisture. That would be a nightmare for any plumber to clean out.
Speaking of flushing stuff down the toilet I just remembered a story from Junior High School
Our Gym Teachers had to tell us what NOT to flush down the toilets. One of which was our Gym suits. According to them it went through the pipes all the way to the local sewer and they knew it was us because our Gym Suits had our school names on it.

We would have taken all tampons and stuck them all over the principals house and car. After cutting our fingers and soaking them in blood.
