North Korean personnel had been workingin the Syrian lab Israel bombed some years so.
North Korea has been working on hypersonic missiles.
And North Korea and Iran have been exchanging scientists.
Don’t forget N Korea is tight with Russia more so than China. Russia uses the Norks and usually some West African dictator to act as a distraction to keep the US frozen in place.
