We must be vigilant in prayer.
So, in effect, blaming God if things go haywire?
God protects and helps, as he did with George Washington, causing bullets fired by Indians and Brits to pass through his clothing, not him.
In that era, folks prayed for help and guidance, not for God to do everything for them.
I’m not expecting God to do it all while I sit back for the ride, nor am I going to *blame* Him if things don’t go the way I want.
He has His plan and timing for the end when evil will be dealt with, once and for all. It is eventually going to get worse before it gets better, but we always hope for a reprieve. And we can pray for His protection in spite of everything.
Ask Him and leave the results to Him for the best. That’s what trust is all about.
