It's on the other side of I-880 from the In-N-Out that is closing.

Each of which is near the Oakland Coliseum and the Oakland Airport. A dangerous area for everyone no matter what “color” they are.

That’s how it goes when police are shackled and discouraged and the Democrat political power structures allow criminals to go unpunished - crime gets a dominent foothold. Stores, parking lots and foot traffic are targets. Word gets out, these locations languish and close.

Once closed, that’s hundreds pf customers and employees not frequenting the area each day. More stores lose business, more close.

I’ve read the crime model in that area is targeting area autos, gas stations and restaurant parking because of the nearby Oakland Airport and the necessity of filling the gas tank of rental cars. Also random shopping and eating while they’re in the area.

Criminals have it made there. Perhaps they must occasionaly endure a few hours during catch and no-bail release but otherwise they’re free to steal, mug and shoplift as they please.

Shoppers stay away, buisness dies, hastening the blight in the area. Sensible persons move from the area if they can.
